ATTA Impact Capital invests in Salvadoran startup Jobbi for its hiring technology
ATTA Impact Capital invests in Salvadoran startup Jobbi, whose AI-powered hiring platform transforms traditional recruitment, empowering Central American talent and enhancing global employment opportunities.

ATTA Impact Capital decided to become one of the committed investors in Jobbi, which is breaking traditional hiring schemes by proposing innovative solutions that improve access to employment opportunities and empower the next generation of talent in Central America.
ATTA Impact Capital’s thesis also seeks to support all those emerging companies that present innovative solutions like Jobbi, which, through its AI-powered platform, makes hiring processes more transparent and more efficient by improving the quality of matches between employers and job seekers.
And it allows candidates to present themselves in a more authentic and attractive way, leaving behind conventional résumés.
For many professionals in the region, job searching continues to be frustrating and inefficient, because traditional hiring systems often fail to address the needs of the modern workforce, which values flexibility, transparency, and meaningful work.

ATTA directed its funds to Jobbi because its technology offers solutions designed to attract digitally competent candidates who are ready to work remotely, which is convenient for companies that currently find it increasingly difficult and costly to attract tech-skilled talent—especially in the Western Hemisphere—when relocation closer to the region is a priority.
Jobbi’s scalable model was designed to allow for its expansion across various industries and geographies, and its growing client base is expanding throughout Central America (40%), Colombia (15%), Argentina (12%), Mexico (13%), and other Latin American countries (20%).

Gabriela Daboub, Co-founder and CEO of Jobbi, states that “the future of work is borderless, and talent in Central America is ready to take on global opportunities,” so “Jobbi is here to close that gap, leveraging artificial intelligence and innovation to effortlessly connect the right people with the right jobs,” emphasized the CEO.
In this round, ATTA will accelerate the growth of the emerging company by improving its product and contributing to its expansion in the business markets of the U.S. and the European Union (EU) to create more opportunities for Latin American talent.
Jobbi revolutionizes employee hiring with AI backed by ATTA
“This is a key moment for Jobbi and the future of work in Central America. With the support of ATTA, we are strengthening our mission to make hiring faster, fairer, and more efficient, unlocking global careers through AI-driven innovation,” concluded Daboub.
Some of Jobbi’s growth metrics include:
- 37% increase in active users.
- 93% retention rate highlighting strong user satisfaction and repeated use of the platform.
- over 500 job applications processed per month, with a constantly increasing engagement rate.
- Reduction in the average hiring time by 5–12 days, significantly improving efficiency for employers.
Jobbi is scaling impressively and generating high impact across several key categories in ATTA’s thesis, simultaneously addressing urgent challenges in employment, financial inclusion, and even climate change.
